The 11th annual Smithsburg Steam & Craft Show was held September 28 and 29, 1985. A large crowd attended. Demonstrations included arts and crafts, flea markets, stone crushing, corn husking, silo fillers, shingle mill, saw mill, gas engines, grain threshing, steam engines, straw baling.
The 1986 show will be held on September 27 and 28 at the Smithsburg, Maryland, Firehall grounds.
